Bernice Hortense Farmer passed away gracefully from here to her heavenly home Monday, May 25, 2020, in Weatherford, surrounded by her family.

Bernice leaves behind her son, Gerald of Joshua; daughter, Sharon of Perrin; son, Bryan and wife Dena of Mineral Wells; grandchildren, Carrie, Kody, Kellie, Bryan, and Bailey; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lula Masterson of Lake Worth and Charleen of Springtown; sister-in-laws, Jesse Mae Farmer and Melba Weaver of Jacksboro; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bernice was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Truitte; daughter, Linda Carline; mother, and father, Mary and Joseph Patton; brothers, Clyde, Don, Clycie; sisters, Opal and DeLois.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home with burial following at Perrin Memorial Gardens.
