Harry Levi Fleagle, one of the 12 children of Caleb and Rebecca Fleagle, was born Oct. 27, 1881 near Reynolds, Neb., and died Aug. 6, 1963 in the DePaul hospital in Cheyenne, Wyo., at the age of 81 years, 9 months and 9 days.
He lived in Jefferson county until 1948 when he went to Kimball to make his home with his son, Earl and family.
In 1903 he married Millie Thornton and to them four children were born. Mrs. Fleagle died in February, 1911. died in February, 1911 (sic). Augusta Kapke (sic) (2nd wife). She died Sept. 8, 1947.
He was preceded in death by two children, Hattie, Mrs. Fred Naiman on March 5, 1939, and Leo on Aug. 24, 1958.
Survivors include one son, Earl C. Fleagle of Kimball, and one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Siemsen of Colorado Springss, 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were in the English Lutheran church at Kimball on Aug. 9 and at Zion Church of Christ, east of Gladstone, Monday morning. Rev. Edwin Elben officated. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Leo Naiman, Delmar Kapke, Dwight Kapke, Gordon Fleagle, Tom Brown and Richard Kroll Jr.
