Arthur David "Dave" Baugher, 83, of HIllsboro, IL passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 3:35 a.m., at Montgomery Nursing & Rehab in Taylor Springs, IL. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private family graveside funeral services will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL. Rev. Randy Sands, Pastor of Free Methodist Church in Hillsboro, IL, will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro, IL.
Mr. Baugher was born September 30, 1936, in Irving, IL, to the late Arthur Ewen & Thelma Georgia (Stokes) Baugher. He is a veteran of the US Navy, where he served as an Electrician Mate on the USS Intrepid.
Along with his parents, he was proceeded in death by one step daughter, Jill Price Loftin and siblings, Vada Bandy, Wilma Maxine Baugher, George A. Baugher and Betty L. Funk.
