Miriam Dolde, 77, of Schofield died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at her home surrounded by those who loved her. Miriam was born Oct. 30, 1925, the daughter of the late John and Florence Ann (Krueger) Kloke. Miriam enjoyed music, working puzzles and reading. She had worked as a teacher's aide at Rothschild Elementary and D.C. Everest Junior High. Her family was very meaningful to her, and she loved visiting with them. Her faith and spirituality was the cornerstone of her life and she was an active member of Peace United Church of Christ in Schofield. She willingly gave of herself to help others. Miriam is survived by two sons, Brent L. Dolde, Schofield, and Noel J. (Margaret) Dolde, Wautoma; one daughter, Ruth Ann (Scott) Schwartz, Milwaukee; one brother, John G. (Beth) Kloke, Virginia; two sisters, Florence (Edward) Moyer, Merrill, and Colleen (Peter) Caylor, Virginia; four grandchildren, Noel, John, Nicole Dolde and Samantha Schwartz. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2003, at Peace United Church of Christ, Schofield. The Rev. James Laak will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Feb. 18, 2003, at Hayden-Buettgen Funeral Home, Schofield, and will continue at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
