Rand F. Bartran of Centerville, TX, and longtime resident of Houston, passed away at age 62 in his home January 10, 2020. Rand was born April 8, 1957 in Houston, the fifth child of David S. Bartran and Fern (Moore) Bartran. Rand joins both of his parents in heaven.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved four siblings, David, Lance, Jennifer, and Kipling. He is also survived by a nephew, five nieces, three great-nephews, and three great-nieces. Rand was fun-loving and kind. He will always be remembered for his free spirit, his love and knowledge of Rock music, his amazing, incredible and unique artistic abilities, his love for animals and the outdoors. Our dear Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle and Friend.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, February 1st, 2020, 11am-12pm, West End Church, 802 Shepherd Drive, Houston TX 77007.
