Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved four siblings, David, Lance, Jennifer, and Kipling. He is also survived by a nephew, five nieces, three great-nephews, and three great-nieces. Rand was fun-loving and kind. He will always be remembered for his free spirit, his love and knowledge of Rock music, his amazing, incredible and unique artistic abilities, his love for animals and the outdoors.
