Reinhold Boegel, 83, of Allenton, died Sunday, May 12, 1996, at St. Joseph's Community Hospital in West Bend.
He was born on Aug. 21, 1912, in the Town of Ashford, a son of Raymond and Catherine Schrauth Boegel. On May 23, 1936, he married Dolores Hurt at St Kilian Catholic Church.
Mr. Boegel and his wife lived in Allenton, where he farmed for a time. He then was employed at Farmer's Inc., until retiring in 1979. He then worked at Sacred Heart Parish in Allenton for 14 years. He was a member of the Holy Name Society at Sacred Heart Church.
Survivors include his wife of almost 60 years; one sister, Louisanna Reindl and her husband Allen; one brother, Raymond and his wife Grace; one brother-in-law, Edwin Amerling; three sisters-in-law, Mary Dietenberger, Florence Bonlender, and Cordell Kern and her husband Ralph; and other relatives.
Preceding him in death were one brother, Adelbert and his wife Barbra; and one sister, Rosemarie Amerling.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 8 p.m. today at Sacred Heart Church in Allenton. Burial will be at St. Kilian Cemetery, St. Kilian.
Visitation: From 4 p.m. today to the time of services at the church.
Memorials are preferred.
