Survived by wife, Ruby Byrd Jones; daughters, Marie Hall, Barbara Jones, Elaine Malone, Donna Oliver; sons, Fred D., Jr., Bobby W. and Raymond Jones; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren. Remains are at Ellis Funeral Home, 2627 Nolensville Rd., where services will be conducted Thursday, March 24, 1994, 2 p.m., Rev. John Pope, Rev. Jimmy Chapman, Rev. James Cottle officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
