Mrs. Elizabeth Watson
Mrs. Elizabeth Watson, 73, died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leon Van Huss, 1009 East Sixth avenue. She was born in Yorkshire, England, and came to the United States when 25 years old. She had been a resident of Kansas for the last fifty years and in Topeka for twenty-nine years.
She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Van Huss, Mrs. Emily North, Mrs. William Sumey, and Mrs. Roy Tyler, all of Topeka; a son, George H. Watson, Jr., Boulder City, Nev.; thirty grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Penwell's chapel. Burial will be in the Carbondale cemetery.
