Malachi was born on a Thurs. and died on a Thurs. at age 72yrs 3mo 8dys.
The Conner ranch in Covelo was just short of 400 acres. Malachi Conner and Sarah Clow got married in Covelo, California on the 27th day of June 1878. Malachi and his wife of nearly 50 years had 18 living children.
They raised their 18 children to adulthood in Covelo except Ernest who died at the age of 6 from typhoid fever.
