The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Friendship Baptist Church, Barnwell, with the Revs. John Nixon and Malcolm Carter officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Harley, a native of Barnwell County, was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Cap J. Harley; one son, Billy Fail, Olar; one daughter, Juanita Creech, Barnwell; two brothers, R. J. Baxley, Blackville, and Olin Morris, Providence, R.I.; one sister, Wilma Marango, North Carolina; and nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Mole Funeral Home, Barnwell.
