Mrs. Mattie Hulsey, 73, succumed at her home on Cullman route 4 on May 9 after a long illness.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. L. Hudson on Tuesday at Mount Vernon Church with Moss Service in charge of interment.

Mrs Hulsey is survived by her husband, L.P. Hulsey; Six daughters, Mrs. L. F. Self, Mrs. A. M. Sterling, Mrs. M.A. Butler, Mrs. H.M. Nix, Miss Claudie Hulsey and Miss Ruby Hulsey; four sons, W. T. , J.O., Brenton and Eldridge Hulsey.
