MRS. CARPENTIER
Thone Aamodt* Carpentier, the wife
of Leo Carpentier and daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Ole Asmodt pased away
Saturday, October 26. She was born
in Norway on February 16, 1887 and
on June 19, 1912, Became the wife of
Leo Carpentier. To this union were
born four children, Ralph Albert,
Earl Ole, Richard Leo and Harry
Oscar. Besides these children and
her husband she also leaves her
mother and four brothers^ G. O.
Aamodt of McKenzie coutoty, O.
Aamodt, who is serving with the
American Expeditionary forces in
France, and Oscar and Knute of Lake
Mjlls, Iowa, and three sisters, Lillie,
Ida and Milla- who are at home in
Iowa.
Mrs. Carpentier was a faithful and
devoted mother and will be greatly
missed in the home. She was a mem
ber of the Norwegian Lutheran
church.
