Beth Bagley Bohman, 90, our beloved mother, passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter on July 22, 2007.
Throughout her fruitful life, family was always at the center of Beth's world. Beth told her children, "I love you, for the special people you are and for those you have chosen for eternal companions." When surrounded by even a few of her 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, her eyes would light up, radiating-inner happiness.

Beth was born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, on December 24, 1916 the first child of four children to Orson and Myrtle Bagley. She grew up in Koosharem, Utah where she helped her parents on the farm. She attended high school in Richfield and then went on to Snow College and BYU where she graduated with a teaching degree. She met her sweetheart while teaching school in Monroe, Utah. She married Proctor J Bohman in the Manti Temple on April
16, 1940. They settled down in Monroe. Beth taught second and third grade at Monroe Elementary for several years. In 1959 they moved to Salt Lake City where she taught school at East Mill Creek Elementary for 14
years prior to retiring.

A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Beth served in many capacities, always teaching. During her 48 year residence in South Salt Lake she had many wonderful neighbors and friends. She traveled to many places in the world with her husband. She was a Daughter of the Utah pioneers, and a member of the Alpha Delta Kappa.

Beth is survived by her son Jerard (Lila) Bohman, daughter Trudy (Mike)Casey, 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Sisters Louise Johansen, and LaVerne Sorensen.
