This stone is very weathered in parts making it impossible to read from my photograph. However, I wanted to add it so it can be forever remembered. Some of the wording is also below the level of soil and it would require digging out to read it all. It may also need UV light to read the faded wording. I have been able to only transcribe some of the inscription.

Sacred to the memory of ??? the ? of John ??? of Shadforth who departed this life ?? 181? aged 11 years, also ??? (– the rest is beneath the soil) - The surname could be Allison, but I am not sure.
Gravesite Details
Located behind the church, up against the old wall, however not sure if this was its original location as many have been moved & destroyed.
