Wilma Faye Stahl-Triplett, daughter of the late, Pleasant Samuel and Willie Irene (Stephens) Rodgers, was born on May 9, 1932 in Bernie, Missouri and departed this life on February 11, 2014 in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She had attained the age of eighty-one years, nine months and two days. Mrs. Triplett was a longtime resident of Ellsinore, Missouri and was formerly of Bernie, Missouri.
She worked at the Ellsinore Nutrition Center and attended church at New Hope General Baptist. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her loved ones. On February 19, 1949 she was united in marriage to Finis Stahl, to this union five children were born. He preceded her in death on October 19, 1973. On November 27, 1980 she married Jerry F. Triplett, Sr. He preceded her in death on Sept. 20, 2013.
In addition to her parents and husbands she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Carlton “Buck” Rodgers, Orville “Junior” Rodgers and Bobby Rodgers; four sisters, Avonale Lucas, Shirley Richards, Glenda Allen and Mary “Tunie” Atchley.Visitation: 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014 in the McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore, Mo.
