The general problem they reported is:
I searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave

They also reported, specifically:
I have been to this Cemetery twice. I walked the entire cemetery which is not very large and could not find a marker of any kind for the name Rayburn Festervan. There is a group of Festervans out there but no Rayburn. I have as yet not been able to find a contact number for this Cemetery.. so I have not been able to talk to anyone but will continue to try. This Cemetery seems to be abandoned to me, but I may be wrong. There are broken, busted up pieces of old rock and cement markers scattered about where the marker once stood. Most are homemade. There are several that are still standing and in good condition even as old as they are.

I will continue to research this Cementery for a while.
