HE WAS district manager for International Harvester Co. He died Friday at his home in Heber of natural causes.

He was born April 26, 1916 in Bountiful, a son of Loran and Jane Winegar Briggs. He married Joanne Melbeer, Sept. 24, 1938 in Salt Lake City.

MR. BRIGGS was a world war II veteran. He is survived by his widow.
