ARRINGTON, Florence of Granger. Age 95. Died 1/06/1983 (Thursday) in a Taylor hospital. Services held 1/09 at Condra Memorial Chapel in Taylor. Burial in Taylor City Cemetery with nephew, Dr. Joe W. Bailey and Rev. Rick Smith officiating.

BORN 4/18/1887, she was the former Florence Newton. Her husband had drug store in Thrall. Later moved to Granger and opened Arrington Drug Store. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Granger.

SURVIVORS: 2 daughters, Mrs. K.E. (Louise) Birkelback of Granger and Hazel Hatfield of Waco; 2 sons, Dr. James M. Arrington, Midland, Robert N. Arrington of Houston; sister, Mrs. L.G.
