Idabelle F. Burdett / Burditt married Marshall Annen Zickefoose on 10 Feb 1870 at Fayette, West Virginia. Isabelle and Marshall had 5 children, Nancy Hannah, Sampson Moses, Virginia R., Mary Susan "Molly", and Thomas Andrew Zickefoose. The first 4 children were born in West Virginia. Marshall and Isabelle left West Virginia by wagon train and came though Huntington, Ross, Ohio, were Thomas Andrew Zickefoose was born. They were still heading West to Kansas. They stop for awhile in Republic county in north central Kansas and later to Ness county, Kansas. They ended up in Franklin, Ness County, Kansas. On 22nd of October 1881 Isabelle passed away. She was buried somewhere around Ness County, Kansas, maybe in Franklin where they lived.
Their daughter Virginia R. Zickefoose was born on 10 Mar 1872 in West Virginia. She died Before 1 Mar 1885 in Ness County, Kansas. Virginia is not listed in the 1885 Census, would have been about 12 years in that census. They were living in Ness County, Kansas at the time, so Virginia might be buried with her mother.
