Reva moved to Dayton, Ohio when she was sixteen years old to seek employment and worked many jobs. Ultimately, however, Reva found the job she loved at Leland Airborne where she worked for 22 years. It was in Ohio where Reva met her beloved husband, Roger. Roger and Reva moved back to Campton, KY in 1972 to help care for Reva’s mother. They purchased and operated the Sky Bridge Motel for many years. Roger and Reva were happily married, spending 51 prosperous years together until Roger’s passing in 2015.
With her feisty nature and dominant personality, Reva was given the nickname of “The Little General '' by her husband. She had a fine appreciation for bargains and loved to get a good deal. Even if items seemed like “junk” to everyone else, Reva always had a way of turning them into treasures. Her favorite place was her old family store which was filled with antiques and novelties. With her love of big band music, Reva couldn’t resist dancing the jitterbug, even in her later years. Her determination, spunk, and grit was unparalleled. Reva was the matriarch of her family and a mother to all.
Reva was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roger B. Milligan, her son, Benny Joe Noble, her granddaughter, Kimberly L. Noble, parents Jesse Watson Adams and Mary Jane Spencer Adams, her brothers, James E. Adams, Maurice C. Adams, John Porter Adams, Ronnie Adams, Jesse L. Adams, and her sisters, Emma L. Kain, Flossie E. O’Bryant, Sallie M. Heflin, Ruth E. Burchett, and Ruby G. Adams.

Moon of Winchester, KY, Francis M. Whaling of Orlando, FL, and Billie M. Maggard of Paris, TN, 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a special family-friend, Lucille White.
