Floyd "BUD" Murray Reynolds 90 of Vernal died March 1, 2020 at his home

surrounded by his family.

He was born February 18,1930 in Amy, Colorado to Floyd Otis and Hilda

Merkley Reynolds. Bud was raised in Jensen Utah.

He enlisted in the US Army on January 15, 1949. He served as a rifleman

during the Korean War. He was wounded on November 15, 1951 and honorably

discharged February 29, 1952. After returning he earned his high school

diploma.

Bud married Jacqueline "Jackie" Smuin Mathews on May 26, 1973 in Vernal.

He worked many jobs through out his life. He enjoyed working as a

Lumberjack and running the Tour Boat at the Cedar Springs Marina on Flaming

Gorge.

He loved Camping, Fishing, Hunting and anything in the outdoors with his

Family. He supported his grandchildren and great grandchildren in their

activities. In his later years he enjoyed going South for the winter.

Making bird houses, barnwood picture frames, tying flies and reading Louis

L'Amour books.

He is survived by his sweetheart Jackie, children, Jim "Reno" (AJ)

Reynolds of Duchesne, Debbie (Glen) Harrison of Vernal, and Jeff (Monea)

Mathews of Vernal: 15 grandchildren 48 great grandchildren and 7 great

great grandchildren: Brother Hiram Reynolds and Sister Doreen Hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Chuck Reynolds, sisters

Margaret Wiggins and Loretta "Bunny " Holmes,

Bud was truly loved and will be missed by his family and many others. To

Buds wishes there will be no public services.
