WALCOTT -- Mr. Bobby Norman Noles, 63, of Walcott, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 5, 2007, at his home.

He was born in Walcott, Dec. 11, 1943, and lived there his entire life.

He was employed by W.R. Foods in Jonesboro where he worked for 38 dedicated years. Mr. Noles was a lifelong member of Walcott Baptist Church and was a member of Woodman of the World. He was an avid duck hunter and wonderful husband, father and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Noles; a granddaughter, Rebecca Suzanne Davenport; a nephew, Richard Samuel Newberry; and his father-in-law, Howard Jackson Baird.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ethel Baird Noles; his children, Norma and Dennis Davenport, and Amanda and Sam Isom; his mother, Marlue Shipman Noles; one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Mary Noles; a sister and brother-in-law, Paula and Richard Newberry; his granddaughters, Fallyn Taylor Davenport, Jenna Brianne Davenport and Kaley Reese Isom; his mother-in-law, Lucille Baird; two sisters-in-law and their husbands, Becky and Jim Diggs, and Sue and Don Huffman; a brother-in-law and his wife, Bo and Bonnie Baird; five nieces, Gina Smith, Deanna Allred, Lindsay Newberry, Donna Jones and Andrea Cossey; two nephews, Nick Newberry and Anthony Baird; six great-nephews; and five great-nieces, as well as many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be this evening at Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould from 6-9.

Funeral services will be held Friday at Walcott Baptist Church. Rudy Ring, Terry Songer, Glen Hoselton and Bennie Isom will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery with Mitchell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Bill Elliott Jr., Nick Newberry, Anthony Baird, Jeremy Newberry, Eric Newberry, and Kevin Jones will serve as active pallbearers.

Keith Smith, Edward Allred, Roy Davenport, Bill Elliott Sr., David Pratt, J.H. Burton, Ronnie Edwards, Bryan Wagner, George Kaloghirou, Wally Russell and the members of his Sunday School class will serve as honorary pallbearers.
