She was born in New Cumberland to the late Leroy and Florence (Bruner) Prowell.
Inez was a cake decorator with Konhaus Farms Bakery.
She was a former member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg.
Inez is survived by her son, Donald Ott and wife Kathy of Rocky Mount, Virginia; granddaughter, Christine Ott of Mechanicsburg and great-grandchildren Summer, Caden and Kirra; granddaughter, Jennifer Green of Mechanicsville, Virginia and great-grandchildren, Avalina and Lynelle.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland with the Rev. Carl Ford Peterson officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to service time in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
