Services for Joseph T Allen, 77 Miami Springs' first building inspector, will be at 11 am Tuesday in Philbrick's Hialeah-Miami Springs Funeral Home. He died Saturday He came from Clarksville, Tenn 36 years ago and lived at 30 Canal St Miami Springs. Surviving are four daughters Mrs Myrtle Coley, Mrs Francis Prescott, Mrs Irene Moltz, and Mrs Mabel Bass; and two sons, William O and Ralph T all of Miami; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three brothers, and a sister.
