Mrs. Gladys B. Burnham 90, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 15, 2020. She was born October 12, 1929 in Athens, Louisiana to Blanchie and Thomas Blackwell.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Old Athens Cemetery in Athens, LA. Visitation will be at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Mrs. Burnham was a homemaker who loved to cook and garden. She enjoyed playing softball until she became to old to play. She was always very active in her church, Kingston Road Baptist. Most of all she loved her family.
Mrs. Burnham was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Hugh A. Burnham; and infant son, John Hugh Burnham. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie B. Greer and husband James G. Greer, Jr.; two grandsons, Brandon Q. Burnham and fiancé Allison, Dylan S. Hudson and wife Kris
