Survived by two sisters, Frances "Snookie" Waters Henson and sister Wilma "Tootsie" Waters Morgan.
Wanda, was in the US Air Force for 21 years, served in Germany, Philippines, and Japan. She was a Nurse Practitioner, working in several North Carolina Hospitals.
