Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 10, at the Jackson Second Ward Chapel for Lark Green who died in Jackson April 7. Interment was at the Elliot Cemetery.
Lark Green was born in Wilson, Wyoming, July 5, 1902 to Julia and Benoni Green. When Lark was five years old, the family moved to Park City, Utah, where he went to school. In 1915 the family moved back to Wilson and Mr. Green traveled with his brother, Bill, to Nevada and Oregon.
He was married to Beatrice Bush, June 19, 1944, in Elko, Nevada. He drove a truck for North American Van Lines in Ogden, Utah for twenty years. When his health began to fail, they moved from Ogden back to Wilson where they made their home for several years while Mr. Green worked on Snake River Ranch. After his retirement they moved to Thermopolis, WY, in August of 1969, where they lived until his death April 7, 1974.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice; two sisters, Mable Hatch of Vernal, Utah, and Alice Johnson of Thermopolis; two brothers, Dallas of Vernal, Utah, and George of Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
