Mrs. Abdalla was the retired owner of Abdalla's Department Store and Home Furniture Co. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Mediator and Redeemer and Cecilian Circle Centenay Methodist Church and Sunny Hill Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred M. Abdalla; one son, Alfred "Buddy" Abdalla; her parents, Haleem Thomas and Hazel Hider Thomas; and two brothers, Mitchell and Harry Thomas.
She was survived by one daughter, Jeannine Abdalla of McComb, MS; six nephews, Kinnon and Steve Thomas, Jake and Jerry Abdalla, and Mitchell and Mark Thomas; and one niece, Pam Thomas.
