Charles E. Alford passed away on Sunday February 16,2020, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born on January 9,1955 to Mayrose Gshwind and Paul Alford in Toledo, Ohio.

Char was employed by Toledo World Industries for many years. He loved his music and making people laugh. Char was always the life of the party that put a smile on everyone’s face. He will be deeply missed by so many!

Char was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Lawrence, Thomas, Joseph and sisters: Dolly and Marie. Nephews: James and Dean Cole.

Surviving Char is his wife: Gwendolyn; Sons: Chuck (Elaina) Alford, Chris Alford. Daughters: MoNeick (Don) Alford, Stacey (Corey) Alford, Heather Alford. Stepson: Corey (Amy) Mulvaney. Brother: Darrus (Linda) Alford; Sisters: Nancy (Bear) and Cindy (Jim) Cole; Grandsons: Andrew Mierzejewski Jr, Corey Rygalski Jr, Cadence Alford,Justin Upham, London Stuller and Logan Mulvaney; Granddaughters: Hannah Mulvaney, Mariah Mulvaney ,Layla Alford and Emily Stuller. Along with a host of nieces and nephews that he loved with all his heart. Services for Char will take place at State Line Community Church , 6202 N. Detroit Ave 43612 on Saturday February 29,2020 at 12:00.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of St. Vincent's Hospital and Hospice of Northwest Ohio For the care they provided. Flower deliveries can be made to the church anytime from 1030-1200 on February 29,2020. Monetary Donations can made to the family.
