---As Susan Angeline Cope Lowe was gone from home when she died, the grandchildren did not all get to go to the funeral . During the time of the s ervice, Miriam (?) was to see that those at home were cleaned up and dressed in their Sunday best and seated in the front parlor. They felt almost like they were at the service. Marian Cote adds that Susan Angeline was called "Lina" by the Lowes, but was called "Aunt Angie" by the Copes. She is listed on the 1880 census in Johnson County, Texas, Pct. 7, page 390. She died in Amarillo, but is buried in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Dallas County, TX.
