Robert V. Partridge, 79, Coffeyville, Kansas, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007.

He was born June 6, 1928, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Vaughn Leroy and Alice Evelyn (Hurd) Partridge.

He served with the United States Marine Corps in El Toro, California, and in Korea from 1951 to 1953.

He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

He is survived by his sons, John Partridge, of Lenapah, OK, and Joel Partridge, of Wellsville, KS; daughters Janie Hubbard, of Coffeyville, KS, Joy Partridge, of Chanute, KS, and Julie Partridge, of Carbondale, IL; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Arthur Partridge, of Greeley, CO; and two nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.

Burial will be July 23, 2007, at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Coffeyville, Kansas.
