Faye Lorene Onstott, 72, of Connersville, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020, at her residence. She was born on October 25, 1947, in Connersville, Indiana, and is the daughter of the late Oliver and Nancy (Smith) Alexander. She had lived most of her life in Connersville. For 22 years of her life, she lived in Tampa, Florida with her daughter, Tonya, before returning to Connersville to retire for the last 9 years.
Faye was known for being a hard worker. She was a Cross-guard when her children were little in elementary school, also working at H H Robinson Factory. And while living in Tampa, Florida, she worked at Wenczel Tile Factory and Alumina Door Factory to name a few. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping, fishing and mushroom hunting. Anything where she could be outdoors. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved going to concerts, listening to music, and watching Lifetime movies.
She is survived by two daughters, Jodie (Bobby) McFarland of Connersville, and Tonya Renae Chinowth (Rayburn) of Tampa, Florida; a son, Thomas Miller, of Jacksonville, Florida, from her widowed husband; four grandchildren, Samantha McFarland, Paige Taylor (McFarland), Camber Chinowth, and Stormie Chinowth, along with two great-grandchildren, Evi and Dallas Jarboe
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters
