Services for Frankie Louise Chumley Venable will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Bethel Baptist Church with Bro. Carl Gulde officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Kramer of Colfax.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, and resume from 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, until the time of service at the church.
Frankie Venable, 88, of Colfax, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020, at Colfax Reunion.
Frankie is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Stella Chumley and seven siblings.
Frankie will be remembered as a devoted mother to her family. She was affectionally known as “Nana” to her grandchildren. Frankie worked for over 30 years as a HUD appraiser. She was very independent and loved to work puzzles and play games on her iPad. Frankie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory includes her son, Brent McKinney; two daughters, Kari McKinney and Jami Deen (Buddy); four grandchildren, John Ross McKinney (Aimee), Kyle McKinney, Kayla Deen Hebert (Timmy), and Kandis Deen Eubanks (Josh). Those also left include four great-grandchildren; one brother, Pat Chumley (Reba) and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be members of Frankie’s family.
