Elizabeth Alberta Galvan, 74, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Aug. 7, 2007 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born March 20, 1933 in Soda Springs, Idaho to Stephen and Mary Hannah Wells Sharp. She married Henry Galvan on May 13, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. She loved Bunco with the ladies, barbecues, and spending time with family and friends.

Survived by her husband, Henry; daughters, Roberta (David) Watts, and Stephanie (Louis) Goodsell; son, Gary Galvan; grandchildren, Heather (Mike), Socorro, Adam (Kandace), Christopher (Jacci), Daniel, Ayesha, Elisa, and Christina; great-grandchildren, Sierra, Eastin, and Conner. Preceded in death by sons, Michael and Mark; four brothers and five sisters.

The family would like to thank Dr. Imad Farrukh, and the nursing staff at Jordan Valley Hospital.

Vigil services will be held Friday, Aug. 10, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, where friends may call11 a.m.-1 p.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
