"SHELTON, CONN. --- Mrs. Rose Ayoub Haddad, 65, of 20 Jordan Avenue, formerly of 39 Anna Street, widow of Louis Haddad, died Monday in the Griffin Hospital, Derby Connecticut. Mrs. Haddad was born in Utica and spent the first 35 years of her life in Utica ... She and her husband operated the former Haddad Grocery Store in Ansonia for many years. Survivors include her son, David Haddad of Shelton, three brothers, Joseph Ayoub, Fred Ayoub and Theodore Ayoub, all of Utica; three sisters, Mrs. Ann Custance of Shelton, Mrs. Nellie Jacobs and Mrs. Zifa Faccara, both of Utica, two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Services will take place Thursday at 8:45 a.m. in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, Conn. and 9:30 in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Ansonia.
