Heaven has opened the gates to receive a beautiful angel on December 22, 2019. Ruby Victoria Bellamy was born on September 23, 1925 in Macclenny, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, David N. Bellamy and son, David N. Bellamy Jr. She is survived by her children, Fern Matthews, Mark Bellamy, Robin Patton, Daniel Bellamy, and Matt Bellamy.

Mom was a devoted wife and mother, and a loving person to all who knew her. Living her life for her family and always bringing happiness to everyone. Mom loved Christmas and all the holidays, spending time with all the family and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, making everyone feel very loved. Mom enjoyed cooking, shopping, and watching her favorite TV shows. She always enjoyed watching the birds from her window. She was a very generous person, giving to many charities, Feed the Hungry, St. Judes, The Pet Rescue, The Blind, and many others.

She will be missed dearly and our hearts may be broken, but our mom will never be forgotten. She was our Angel here on earth, and now in Heaven, “Loved by Everyone.”

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd. Funeral service will be held at 11am, Friday, January 3, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
