Louis R. St. John, 70, a native of Faucett and former resident of Wathena, died unexpectedly Friday at his home. He is survived by his wife, Eva; a sister, Mrs. Nettie Carpenter, Springfield, Mo., and five brothers, Guy St. John, Wathena; Zebbie St. John, Albuquerque, N.M.; Seth St. John, Des Moines; Wesley St. John, San Bernardino, Calif. and Benjamin St. John, Denver, Colo. Services and burial will be Monday in Boise.

Services for Louis Robert St. John, 70, of 413 East Forty-seventh, who died Friday at his home of an apparent heart attack, will be at 1 p.m. today at the Cloverdale Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Thomas J. Blackburn of The Community Christian Center. Crypt interment will be at the Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens.
He was born Dec. 30, 1902 at Faucett Mo. He married Eva Finley in 1927 in Buchanan County, Mo. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad until his retirement in 1963 and they moved to Boise a year later.
Survivors include his wife, Boise; five brothers, Zebbie A., Albuquerque, N.M., Guy T., Wathena, Kan., Seth W., Des Moines, Iowa, Wesley G., San Bernardino, Calif., and Benjamin A. St. John, Denver, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Nettie Carpenter, Springfield, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Terry Baird, Fred Dudley, Clarence Young, Arland Dowdy, Bill Shafer and Jack Baird.
