Jessie Fidelia (Harp) Monsey was the daughter of James P Harp and his wife, Hulda Harvey Harp. Jessie married Thomas Ellis Monsey, Sr. in Tunkhannock on 06 Feb 1888 under Wyoming County Marriage License #248. They were married by Rev. G C Lyman.
