MRS. VIRGIE COX LANTZ, 78, of 4001 Kanawha Avenue, died in Charleston General Hospital after a brief illness.
She lived in Charleston since 1915 and was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women of the church.
Surviving: sisters, Mrs. Charles Poling of Ventura, California, Mrs. Fred Roberts, Mrs. Carl Samples and Mrs. Fred Kautz, all of Charleston; brother, Carl Shouldis of St. Marys; three grandchildren.
