Obituary
Mrs. Mary Louisa Cromwell, widow of Calvin C. Cromwell, Meadow road, near Pearl, died at Frederick Memorial Hospital today at 5:10 a.m. after an immediate illness of several days, aged 81 years.
She was a daughter of the late John Milton and Mary Margaret Covell Baker and was a member of Mount Carmel Methodist church and of the church school.
Surviving her are four children, Mrs. Clarence E. Duvall, Baltimore; John W. Cromwell, Mrs. Reuben W. Hall and James C. Cromwell, all of Meadow road. She was the last of her immediate family. Nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The body rests at the funeral home, 106 East Church street, where friends may call after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, Friday at 3 p.m. Interment in Mount Carmel cemetery. M. R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
