Born on March 3, 1948 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Austin M. Hall and Eunice Barb Hall.
He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, L.B. Hall, a brother, Austin Junior Hall, and 2 sisters, Mae Arnold and Norma K. Hall.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Keesecker Hall of Martinsburg, WV, a son, William Hall of Falling Waters, WV, a daughter, Norma Cook of Martinsburg, WV, brothers, Marvin Hall, Raymond Hall and Roger Hall, a sister, Hope Harper, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.
