Elizabeth Ann Bagley, 84, of Sun Lakes, AZ, passed away on November 30th in Chandler, AZ at the Dobson Ranch Hospice House. At her wishes, no funeral service is planned. Burial will take place at a date to be determined in Leavenworth, Kansas. Arrangements have been made by Legacy Funeral Home, Chandler, AZ.


Elizabeth was born in Arlington, Massachusetts to Charles Everette Bagley Sr. and Alice Miller Bagley on December 14, 1933. She graduated from Medford High School in 1951 and briefly worked as a statistical clerk before entering the United States Air Force. She was trained as a stenographer and assigned to Brookley AF Base, Alabama and received an honorable discharge in December of 1954. After her military service, Elizabeth continued to do secretarial work for the Federal Government for many years including a five-year assignment with the FBI in San Juan Puerto Rico. This was followed by an assignment at Natick, MA. Elizabeth's last assignment was in Scottsdale, AZ before her retirement in 1993, shortly before moving to Sun Lakes, where she had lived for the past twenty-five years.


Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Charles Bagley and Frank Bagley, Sisters Emma Hall and Sarah Holbrook, and nephew Steven Bagley. She is survived by nephews and nieces, [Redacted] Bagley, [Redacted] Marcotte, [Redacted] Hughes, [Redacted] Duquette, [Redacted] Hardin, [Redacted] Givens, [Redacted] Holbrook, [Redacted] Bagley, [Redacted] Im, [Redacted] Bagley and [Redacted] Holbrook, and many more great nieces and nephews.


Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, the Alzheimer's Association or any Veteran's Assistance program.
