Budd Q. Chaplain, 96, formerly of Beech Creek, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Susque-View Home, Lock Haven. He was born on December 24, 1922 in Flemington, a son of the late Jeremiah E. and Julia M. Fohringer Chaplain. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Budd was preceded by a brother, Edward B. Chaplain and a sister, Ruby Butler. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at Kader-Neff Funeral Home, Howard, at the families convenience. Interment will be along side his parents at Hays-Fearon Cemetery, Beech Creek.
