Patsy L. Price, 66, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Billings, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010, at St. Vincent Healthcare. Patsy was born Nov. 9, 1943, to Glenn and Lena (Brown) Hamby in Cody, Wyo. Patsy and her husband William were married in Cody and lived there for 19 years. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Frances Curtis. She is survived by her husband; sons William (Jennifer) Price, Jon (Barbara) Price; daughter Patricia (Jesse) Stull; her grandchildren, Jason, Olivia, Kate, Jessia, Joshua, Madison, Magie and Dylan; along with four sisters and one brother. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
