Utah Cemetery Inventory --- Mr. Wilson died in St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City Feb 27 1903.

Suggested edit: DEATH FROM OPERATION
HENRY WILSON, the young man who was sent up from Glenwood last week to the hospital in Salt Lake, was operated upon for appendicitis, but did not survive the operation, dying Thursday night. His body was brought home Saturday and conveyed to Glenwood, where he was buried Sunday.
The case is a pathetic one. Mr. Wilson leaves a wife and four children to mourn his untimely death. He was raised in Glenwood and was about 33 years of age. He was a highly respected citizen.
