PROMINENT SHEEPMAN DIES
John B. Wilson Passes Away at Home in Richfield

John Bradley Wilson, 79, well known farmer and stockman, died at his home in Richfield of a heart ailment.

He was born January 27, 1879, in Payson, a son of Bradley and Mary A. Nebeker Wilson. married Sarah Wall in 1895. She died in 1897, leaving on daughter.

In 1905 he married Margaret Jensen in Richfield. They were later married in the Manti Temple. She died July 24, 1949.

Mr. Wilson was a member of the Utah State Wool Growers Association and the National Wool Growers Association. He served as a Richfield City councilman for one term, and was an active member of the L.D.S. Church.

He was one of the leading sheep men of Sevier County and Southern Utah.

Surviving are the following children: Blanche Smith, Honolulu, Hawaii; Alta McMills, San Mateo, Cal.; Malissa Brindley, Koosharem and Susan Wilson, Richfield; two brothers, Charles Wilson and Heber Wilson, Richfield; 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Richfield Second Ward Chapel with Bishop Dwain Pearson conducting. Burial will be in the Richfield Cemetery.

Friends may call at the family home in Richfield Friday from 10 a.m. until time of services.
