MRS MAGDALENE B STACY
Mrs. Magdalene “Maggie" Bogar Stacy 71 1506 Irene St died Wednesday Sept 12 2001 at Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Stacy was a Pike County Ky native and had lived in Johnson City since 1958. She was a daughter of the late Ermil D Bogar and Elsie Hatfield Bogar. Mrs Stacy retired as a bookkeeper from Blackburn Childers & Steagall and had previously worked as a bookkeeper with Carder Hardware and West Hills Ford Tractor Co Jonesborough. She was a member of Snow Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Stacy was preceded in death by her husband Harry Elmer Stacy in 1999. Survivors include two sons Dr. Steven Dean Stacy, Sparta, NC and Ricky Neal Stacy, Jonesborough; three brothers, JE Bogar, Hardy, Ky, Roy Lee Bogar, Pikeville, Ky and Ermil “Sonny" Bogar, Fisherville, Ky; three sisters, Gladys Brookhart, Prestonsburg, Ky, Ollie Jane Caines, Tampa, Fla and Ressie Marie Strange, Melbourne, Fla and several nieces and nephews.
