Frank was a United States Army Veteran who served in the Korean War. He enjoyed his passion for meat cutting for over forty years and worked for several large chain stores before eventually opening his own meat market until retirement. He was never one to sit around and returned to work at Orbit Valve where he "retired" before returning to work once more with a Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Union at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Frank loved spending time with his family and his beautiful wife of fifty-nine years, and watching sports, particularly his beloved Green Bay Packers.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors: wife, Wanda Anita Knudson; sons, David Knudson (Teresa) of Bryant, AR, Dave Carlson (Lori) of Omaha, NE; daughters, Dee Poe (Bob) of Conway, AR, Donya Linker (fiancé Shawn Dunn) of Redfield, AR, Dawn Logan (J.P.) of Conway, AR; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Rock Solid Church, 550 8th Ave., Conway, Arkansas. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
