Tarrel Kay Callaway was born in Missouri, on February 2, 1942, the oldest child of Clay and Clara Callaway. He passed away October 20, 2019 at the age of 77.

He was a huge Dallas Cowboys football fan as well as a fan of NASCAR. Tarrel enjoyed playing Hearts on the computer. He loved cars, especially his yellow Jeep off-roading. Driving around was his biggest joy. Jeep Jamboree was his favorite, because it included everything he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; his children, son, Vincent Callaway and his wife, Betsie, daughter, Leah (Chrissy) Monk and her husband, Rick; three step-children, daughters, Shannon Almeida, Hillary Loser, and her partner, Tommy, step-son, Mark Loser and his fiancée, Sara Anne; his two sisters, Annie and her husband, Dennis, and Nomie and her husband, Danny; two brothers, Rodney and his wife, Cecelia and Andrew and wife, Terri; 3 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 1 great-granddaughter; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Tarrel is preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Clara Callaway; and 1 brother, David Callaway.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 PM, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
